I’m a wife, proud mom of six, and a Certified Menopause Coach passionate about helping women navigate midlife and menopause with confidence, and renewed vitality. Raised on the island of Oahu, my love for the ocean, family, and the healing power of food—passed down by the incredible women who raised me—fuels my mission to champion women’s health.
I believe the key to life is to never stop moving, and I try to live by that every day—whether it’s Pickleball, Pilates, strength training, bike riding at the beach, or getting in 10,000 steps walking through Disneyland. I truly believe we are in control of our bodies, and movement is a powerful tool for feeling our best.
My personal journey—shaped by witnessing life transitions, medical struggles, and my own midlife experience—has made me determined to empower women through this stage of life. With over 20 years in women’s health and fitness, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my coaching. As a Certified Nutritionist, GLP-1 Wellness Specialist, Hormone Health Specialist, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Instructor, and a graduate of the Fit Chicks Academy Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coaching program, I blend science, expertise, and heart to help women thrive. My coaching supports you in managing menopause naturally, restoring hormone balance, and feeling strong, confident, and back to living fully.
I’m committed to being a role model to my daughters, teaching them to approach every stage of womanhood with power, confidence, and an unstoppable mindset.
