why a Menopause Coach?

As I launched my women’s health coaching practice, I saw a rising wave of women in their mid-40s and beyond grappling with the overwhelming menopause symptoms tied to hormonal changes in women. Struggles like stubborn belly fat, poor sleep, heightened stress, night sweats, hot flashes, brain fog, and anxious, racing thoughts are now all too common. Many also face shifts in libido, a fading passion for hobbies they once enjoyed, and growing frustration as their bodies and minds transform unexpectedly.

 

Yet, despite these disruptive midlife health challenges, countless women feel overlooked by healthcare providers, often handed antidepressants as a Band-Aid instead of personalized, natural menopause solutions. Meanwhile, they’re flooded with confusing information and hyped-up menopause products pushed by influencers, leaving them stuck between unproven fads and genuine options. For the busy woman already stretched thin by endless responsibilities, carving out time to sift through the clutter for effective, evidence-based answers feels nearly impossible.

This is where I come in!
